1. Once your registration has been confirmed by a CCA Auction Volunteer, you will receive a text and/or email with your personal bidding link.
2. DO NOT SHARE THIS LINK!  (It will automatically log you in to the bidding portal.)
3. All items will be purchased using the credit card registered to your account.

How do I pay for my items?

• Items will be purchased using the credit card registered to your account.

When will my purchased items be available for pickup?

• Purchased items will be available for curbside pickup on Saturday, April 29 from 12-3 PM.

• Park near the playground and enter the Fellowship Hall through lower entrance door #9 (145 McGovern Road, Houston, PA 15342)

What is the online Gourmet Dessert sale?

• Online auction of PHYSICAL baked goods--cookies, cakes, pies, almond torte, allergen friendly goodies, etc.

• Pickup for baked goods is Saturday, April 29 from 12-3 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can I make a donation through Greater Giving without bidding on an item?

• Yes! To make a donation, select the “Monetary Donations & Sponsorship” tab and choose a preset amount or select the Custom Amount button to enter the amount you wish to donate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• ALL items & services must be paid-in-full at the end of the event.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Items are non-negotiable.
  • Read item descriptions carefully for any specifications and/or limitations prior to bidding. Placing a bid constitutes a bidder's agreement to these terms.
• Any item requiring shipment is at the bidder's expense utilizing USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground.

NOTE ABOUT GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PACKAGES:

We have confirmed the validity and expiration date of each gift certificate as of the auction start date. For ongoing validity, please contact the certificate vendor directly. We cannot issue refunds or credits due to possible extended or permanent closures. Check vendor website for COVID-19 Safety information regarding mask and vaccine requirements, prior to purchase.
