- ALL items & services must be paid-in-full at the end of the event.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Items are non-negotiable.
- Read item descriptions carefully for any specifications and/or limitations prior to bidding. Placing a bid constitutes bidder's agreement to these terms.
- Any item requiring shipment is at the bidder's expense utilizing USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground.
NOTE ABOUT GIFT CERTIFICATES:
We have confirmed the validity and expiration date of each gift certificate as of the auction start date. For ongoing validity, please contact the certificate vendor directly. We cannot issue refunds or credits due to possible extended or permanent closures.
